The Visit

Each Mobile Farm visit is tailor made and will be dependant on a number of factors such as; age, number of children and specific requirements.

For example a full 5 hour visit can be broken into a number of smaller sessions catering for a large number of classes.

Each Session Includes;

• Free time to meet the animals
• Hands on encounter sessions
• Feeding and grooming
• We talk through each animal in turn including; differences, baby names, what they produce and what each animal needs to stay healthy.
• Quiz and activity sheets to be completed in the classroom.

Each session will include a number of elements of Food, Farming and the Countryside in the National Curriculum.

The mobile farm experience is self contained (all we need is access to clean water) and we can set up on either grass or hard standing.  We will leave the site clean and tidy and have gazebos to provide an all weather attraction.

We provide appropriate and experienced CRB checked staff, risk assessments and all DEFRA paperwork. We also have  £5million public liability insurance.
